Junkit has really helped me out twice. The first time I needed them to demolish and haul away a rotted toolshed full of all kinds of nasty junk. It was a ton of work but they gave me a reasonable price and finished ahead of schedule. The second time I needed them to haul away a bunch of tires, mattresses, etc. someone dumped on my property. I called them early in the morning and within a couple hours everything was gone. Their prices are fair, they deliver on their promises every time, and Sean is a genuinely nice and helpful guy to deal with. You can't ask for more than that from a business. If you're in their area I wouldn't go anywhere else!
